Why we would buy the Jade
It is quicker. Six points of swing weight is a lot: the Perseus is a heavy elongated that asks for early preparation in hands battles, and the Jade is not.
The face is built to last. SICmatrix is RPM's silicon-carbide surface, designed to hold its texture where a standard carbon face wears smooth. We rate the Jade's spin at 9.2 against the Perseus's 8.5 to 8.6.
