If you need USAP on a hybrid, buy the Cyclone X Hybrid at $179 with PRH.
If you only need UPA-A on a hybrid, buy the Blackout hybrid at the same $179. If you want both stamps on an elongated, the Blackout Elongated is model 101010, $189 or $170 with PRH. That one is a spec page. Code PRH is 10%, not 15%.

What to buy
Most people who already like the Cyclone hybrid should stay on the one that matches their event. USAP league: Cyclone X Hybrid. UPA-A only: Blackout hybrid.
Buy the Blackout Elongated only if you want the longer face and both stamps, and you accept that we have not scored it. It is $9 cheaper with PRH than the hybrids, and it swings heavier.
The dark blue Cyclone 16mm is still the elongated we have scored, at $170 with PRH. It is not model 101010.
