Engage Pursuit Pro2 Widebody vs Elongated (2026)
Last updated: October 2026
Same $116.99 with PRH. The frame is the only difference we can verify.
Buy the Pursuit Pro2 widebody if you want the 16 by 8 face.
Buy the elongated if you want 16.5 inches of reach and a 5.5 inch handle. Both are $129.99, or $116.99 with code PRH, and both shop through engagepickleball.com/PRH. Until our full review is up, this is a shape choice, not a power ranking.
How we tested
Every paddle we cover goes through the same on-court protocol - individual play, head-to-head comparisons, and tournament use before anything gets written down. Every paddle below has a full review on the site; click through to see scores, specs, and the deal we found for each.

The short answer
Same core, same face, same price, same code. Engage published two frames. That is the decision.
Side by side
- Price with PRH: both $116.99 from $129.99. Shop engagepickleball.com/PRH.
- Size: widebody 16" x 8". Elongated 16.5" x 7.5".
- Grip: widebody 5". Elongated 5.5". Both 4.25" around.
- Engage's label: widebody Power Performance with control. Elongated Power.
- Approval: both USAP and PBCoR .43. Neither lists UPA-A.
- Our test: not done on either shape.
Which frame to order
Take the widebody if you play doubles and want the wider face. The 5 inch grip is the catch if you hit a two-handed backhand.
Take the elongated if you want reach and a longer handle. You give up face width. We cannot tell you yet whether that shows up as less forgiveness. Engage did not publish twist weight.
