Last updated: October 2026
$229.49 or $199.99 with code PRH. Reach and USAP approval, or a steadier hybrid for less.
Buy the RPM Jade Elongated 16mm for reach, a little more power and USAP approval: it is the elongated of the two (16.5" by 7.5"), it hit slightly harder with more pop in our testing, and it still swings lighter (about 112 against 115.15).
It is $229.49 with code PRH (15% off $269.99). Buy the Jade Elongated if you want reach and a legal USAP paddle
The Jade Elongated is the one for serves, drives and singles. The 16.5" length adds reach, and in our testing it hit a little harder with more pop than the Ultre. Elongated paddles usually swing heavy; this one does not, at about 112 against the Ultre's 115.15. It is also the only one of the two you can take to a USA Pickleball sanctioned event.
The cost is stability. At about 6.2 twist weight, off-center blocks leak more than on the Ultre, and the 5.5" handle is short for two hands.
Buy the Ultre Power 2 if you play doubles at the kitchen
The Ultre Power 2 was more forgiving and more controlled in our testing, and the 6.7 twist weight keeps late blocks and resets on line. The 5.75" handle fits a two-handed backhand. Its HexGrit face is Tier 1 for spin durability in independent lab testing, so the bite should last. It is $29.50 less with codes. Skip it if your events are USAP: it is UPA-A only.
